Doing that should allow you to keep calories from escalating (as hidden sugars/fats are the biggest culprits in processed foods). It will also help keep blood sugar stable and hunger at bay. This is especially important for &quot;snacking&quot; which I do not do, as that is where the calories can really add up with processed foods/drinks. Eating &quot;real foods&quot; also allows for a healthier fat burning metabolism. So enjoy meats, fruits, vegetables, and the like and avoid those breads, cereals, snack bars and anything else that was made in a plant somewhere. Otherwise you will always be looking for some sort of complicated calorie counting model that is not enjoyable...nor sustainable.</description>
