Running barefoot and use 5 toes shoe is not the same. I have had knee problem in my knee over a year now and just find out that barewalking might be good for it. Cause the nature created us and it can also heal.
But i don't understand that why everybody promote the VFF, is that advertising?
If you say barefoot is good for your body than you ain't need that shoes, just get out and walk right?
Can anybody say barefood worked for them without that VFF shoes.

Heya terrific blog! Does running a blog such as this require a great deal of work? I have no understanding of coding but I was hoping to start my own blog soon. Anyway, if you have any ideas or tips for new blog owners please share. I know this is off subject nevertheless I simply had to ask. Thanks a lot!

Just found thi s article and wanted to chime in. After reading about minimal shoe running for years, I finally gave in and started running with Nike Free's about 5 months ago. After a month I switched to a cheap pair of aqua shoes from Wal Mart. I now wear a pair DIY moccasins from a kit I bought for $15 at the local craft store. They are made of a single layer of leather, are totally adjustable and fit like a glove. They give the same feeling as running barefoot, and provide just enough protection from sticks, rocks, etc to keep my soles from getting scraped up or blistered from the pavement. I'll never run in anything else...

What do you mean by slow? I was figuring wearing them during normal activities for a few weeks every other day, is that slow enough? Before I started working out in them.
