		<description>Allen - depends on your intensity and goals, but 2-3x a week should be good enough to see good results with proper eating. Remember it&#039;s about progression of intensity (reps or weights) that matters, and you need time off to recover. You could even do something like 1 on/2 off (recover).</description>
