Dr Eades and Tim Ferris on Intermittent Fasting

Moral of the story? Longer fasting too often can lower metabolism, IFOC (IF on Crap) is not going to do you any good, quality of foods come first, eating 1 meal a day is not a good idea, and if something isn’t working….change it up.
