		<description>Wow.. I did this for 6 years, easily maintaining my weight, and had no idea there was a name for it!   Then a few months ago I added breakfast back in, thinking this was the &quot;healthy&quot; thing to do and found myself with an extra 5 pounds I can&#039;t lose and constantly obsessing about food!  Effective immediately I&#039;m going back to the 16/8 IF&#039;ing that worked for me for so long.  I never got that hungry and was able to have pizza a couple times a week.. but would get full after just 2 pieces.  This is totally the way to go for me.  I&#039;m excited!</description>

With my job it was very challenging to eat breakfast, and sometimes I wouldn&#039;t eat lunch. After work I&#039;d go out with friends and eat my heart out, until I was full. Days I didn&#039;t work, I eat normally minus breakfast. After 3 months I was down 15 pounds! Some was muscle, as I was not lifting religiously due to my high stress demands. But I looked ripped!
