Thank You I like what I read,Here is my ?
1-Do I still count calories?
2-For weight lost is a 24 or a shorter one better?
3-after a 24 hr. fast do I eat all my allowed daily calories?
4-want to give this a try but I don’t undestand,If I train at 5pm after work when do I eat?do I have a shake frist that bcaa in it or a apple so I don’t train or go so long w/o any food?
5-How often can I do a 24hr fast,I need to lose another 25lb already lost 65 other ways

Yup. Many people get overly anxious about food. It's nice to not have to think about it until later in the day, then just relax and enjoy what you eat.

The fasting technique is good and from the research that I've done as well it is highly recommended to do from time to time. I like your thoughts you have shared on the subject.

Hi Mike:

Your site has been a real eyeopener for me and I am very interested in IF. It is certainly a lifestyle that I can embrace without much trouble. I have developed a plan below and wondered what other suggestions you might have for a menopausal 61 year old woman. I am 5'4" and 140lbs. my goals is to loose both BF and weight. My BF in the mornings i(cometely fasting) is 30!!!! Way too much. Sometimes in the pm. it is about 25BF.

Plan:
IF Daily with eating window 1-8pm. eat 3 meals of healthy protein, carbs fats
cycle carbs between weight training days and non-training days.
SUNDAY, TUESDAY and THURSDAY Weight train x 3 days a week
MONDAY, WED, FRIDAY Cardio x 3 days a week
SATURDAY-REST DAY and possibly eat breakfast

Any suggestions for this ole gal? Thanks.
