When these flu vaccines are designed, they are simply a shot in the dark - an educated guess about what strain will be most infectious for that particular season. Most times they get it wrong. Through no fault of their own, I might add. It's practically impossible to predict how and when these viruses will mutate. The shots are practically useless and are only used to bring in a ton of money every year. Too bad sick people are worth more to this country than the healthy ones. Needless to say I've never had a flu shot. In fact, I've not been sick (not even a tiny cold) for close to a decade now. Boost immune system health and disease and germs don't stand a chance.
