Cause when it hits calcium it become sodium citrate which is very alkaline.

so, I’ve recently come across this whole “hCG Diet” and I feel like my mind is now a pile of scrambled mush with all of the conflicting information.

Couldn’t agree more! The problem with fad diets and supplements is that they’re preying on peoples natural tendency to think that you can get something for free – or in this case without work.

Syrstar – Lemon and warm water is a very healthy drink…also a nice natural cleanser for the liver.
